The Bronze Letterplate offers a classic, unfussy design suited to both traditional and modern front doors. The clean rectangular backplate frames a sprung flap that opens smoothly for mail delivery and closes firmly to help reduce draughts and prevent unwanted rattling in windy conditions. Its understated appearance allows it to blend effortlessly with a wide range of architectural styles, particularly when paired with matching bronze door furniture.
Cast from solid bronze, the letterplate has a reassuring weight and a refined surface finish that develops natural character with use. Available in Dark Bronze for a rich, heritage look or White Bronze for a lighter, more contemporary tone, the plate is secured using a threaded bar with a washer and encapsulated decorative nut on the reverse, ensuring a neat, reliable installation. Designed for everyday durability, it performs as well as it looks.
