The Rustic Projection Skirting Door Stop is designed for situations where the stop must be mounted directly onto the skirting board, keeping the floor area completely clear of obstruction. The cylindrical body extends from a rectangular base plate in a single, seamless line, giving the stop a tidy, refined appearance once installed. Its extended projection helps prevent door handles from striking walls, furniture, or radiators, making it ideal for tight corridors, utility rooms or smaller living spaces.
Constructed as a two-part fitting, the front section unscrews to reveal a hidden fixing point within the base, allowing for a discreet installation using the supplied hardened wood screw. A rubber buffer sits at the front of the stop to soften impact and reduce noise when the door meets it. Cast from solid bronze, the piece has a reassuring weight and is available in two finishes: Dark Bronze, which gradually lightens with handling, and White Bronze, which slowly deepens in tone as the metal matures.
